Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Moc Web Marketing, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policies below:

1. Refunds

  • Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date of payment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

  • To request a refund, please contact us via our contact form or email us at fmocjr@yahoo.com.

2. Cancellations

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a service without incurring fees.

  • If a service has already started, customers will only be required to pay for the portion of the work completed at the time of cancellation, rather than the full project cost.

  • Cancellations made prior to the 24-hour notice period will qualify for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the project start may result in a credit being offered instead of a refund.

3. Service Fulfillment

  • Our services are delivered as described in each individual project. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project.

  • In the event of a delay, please contact your account manager for assistance. If the delay is within our control, we may offer a credit for the inconvenience. However, delays caused by factors beyond our control are not eligible for refunds or credits.
